One of the most stressful things about growing up is wondering if you’ll ever find “your guy” for a thing. My dad always knew a guy, whether it’s home repairs or auto repairs and he just sounded more comfortable knowing he wasn’t going to get screwed over because he had “a guy “. Of course, he never told me exactly how you go about finding them. I guessed it was just supposed to be some kind of lord of the rings type epic journey. Turns out it is completely trial and error and often it’s just a gift from the universe when it happens. One such a gift for me was happening upon Autobots of Easton. I don’t have many hangups in life, but one of them is definitely being a stickler for customer service. Nothing infuriates me more than poor customer service except for maybe people who don’t put their shopping carts back when they’re done with them. Every.single.employee of Autobots is worth their weight in gold. I’ve been going there for a couple of years now, and I am never disappointed in how they take care of my cars and their customers. They are prompt in their responses, thorough in their explanations, and they do it all with a friendliness and approachability that should be a gold standard taught in textbooks. I have lots of reasons why I love living in the Lehigh Valley but now I have one more. When it comes to trusting to someone to get me back on the road with the least amount of hassle, I found “my guys” at Autobots of Easton.
