I usually do not write negative reviews, but this requires one to save other people out there. Autobots of Easton used to offer excellent service. No BS, nor waste of time. And I was recommending Autobots to anyone, but it is under new management and those people are there just for the day's pay check. The new manager Christina has no knowledge of how to keep existing customers, forget about bringing new ones. She has one employee there (reddish hair and on the chubby site), man he is sooo lazy. If you are there for annual inspection, he only checks out the vehicle once (not even lifting the vehicle) and he only looks for one thing to fail you. Once he sees it, he sits down until you pay for the service and then Cristina tells you that you fail. They don't check the car fully to let you know the condition of it. Wrong people for the business... With this new management I will not recommend this shop, because they are not there to offer service but to just take your money and leave you hanging...
