I’ve used this repair shop for years for a myriad of services (oil change, inspection, brakes, rotors, alignment). Naturally when my catalytic converter was stolen, I brought it here as well. Every time I come here the customer service is above and beyond. The staff here are genuinely super kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked well with my insurance company to get everything all set with my recent visit and kept my informed the whole time. I’m a life long customer because this is a shop I can rely on for professional knowledge and customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Every time I have used another company for my annual sticker, I have been ripped off for an average of $800 for unnecessary repairs! When I went to AUTOBOTS they showed me with the car up on a rack exactly what needed to be done to my 2006 car and I was happy that they could use CLEAN-USED PARTS. For several years my car passed inspection and I never had to pay more than $60. The staff is so kind and helpful too.

Schedule an appointment to get my new car inspected was worried they wouldn't be able to do my Maserati not only could they do it but I didn't have the updated information from the state yet that was in the mail per two day ago all I had was the temporary tag and temporary registration and proof insurance. They made a call to the hotline for such a situation and I was done after a minor waiting period. I wanna thank them for going above and beyond to help me get my car inspected and on the road in time for the holiday weekend...
